Great chocolate bar, a combination of vanilla and caramel. I grew up with them too in the late 1960s early 1970s, wish I could find them again.
Undoubtedly they are out of distribution in Canada, and may be a discontinued product. Alternatively, they may have been rebranded. Definitely worth searching for!
I grew up in Gaspe, Quebec and this Caravan bar was a favourite treat that I'd share with my grandmother. She is gone now and i miss her dearly. I've been searching for them as well. I use to be able to pick them up in a little gas station/convenience store in Aylmer, Quebec but I sent my sister there recently and they don't have them either. I used to stock up - 10 plus at a time
Where in the world can I purchase the Caravan bars..? I haven't seen them available here in Edmonton for several years...

My younger sister remembers buying these for 10 cents each as a child growing up in Northern Quebec.
Not too long ago, she came across a display of them in a variety store in NB and bought all of them (she hadn't had any since 1964 perhaps.
It was a joy to hear her tell it!
