Brad Kent from Jenks, OK says of the 2006 version:I think I grabbed it at a local Grocery. Since purchasing, I have noticed it at a couple other stores (dollar and grocery). Not sure if this replaces the "standard" Nestle Bar or is just a bilingual wrapper. I have a feeling Nestle is migrating towards bilingual packaging.
